Arbitrid provides digital software access. Subscription payments unlock premium analytics and arbitrage features for the selected billing period.

2. Trial and First Purchase

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before trial expiration to avoid charges. After a paid period starts, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment for the same billing period.
• Billing errors caused by our system.
• Service unavailability for an extended period verified by our team.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after using premium features.
• Trading losses or missed market opportunities.
• Third-party exchange outages outside Arbitrid control.

6. Processing Time
